Christina obtained her Juris Doctorcum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, Christina served as both a Staff Member and Note/Comment Editor of the Temple Law Review, a student-edited, quarterly legal publication. Christina had an article published in the Winter 2011 edition of the Temple Law Review.

Christina completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, magna cum laude, and minors in Political Science and Spanish.

Kirk C. Russom, Esq.

Kirk C. Russom focuses his practice in real estate, where he and his team assist clients with Residential and Commercial Closings, Settlement Services, Subdivisions, Variances, and Landlord Tenant Matters.  He has been a licensed attorney in New Jersey since 2012.

Kirk obtained his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law—Camden. During his career at Rutgers Law, Kirk was a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. He completed his first year of law school at the University of Miami School of Law in which he also was a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society.

Kirk completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, having obtained a Bachelor of Science, with a double major in Social Science and Political Science and a concentration in Sociology.

Kirk is a self-ordained Reverend and has officiated several wedding ceremonies for both friends and family.

Noelle Pierce, Real Estate Paralegal

Noelle is a part of the Costanzo & Russom Law Group team as a paralegal with ten years of real estate experience. She began in the real estate field as a legal assistant working with buyers applying for New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency’s (NJHMFA) First-Time Homebuyer programs and expanded to assisting seller’s through their short sale process. As a busy working mom herself, she empathizes with clients’ demanding personal and professional lives and strives to make their real estate process as smooth as possible.

Jean Ridge-Dimm, Elder Law Paralegal

I am an Elder Law Paralegal and have been with the firm since June  2020.  I prepare estate planning documents, handle estate administration and assisted clients in navigating the Medicaid process.  I take pride in knowing that the services I provide bring a sense of calm and order to families in the midst of their crisis.

I was born and raised in Ocean County and enjoy spending time with my family when not in the office.
