Richard L. Costanzo was admitted to the New Jersey state bar in 1983, and practices primarily in the areas of personal injury litigation, residential and commercial real estate, municipal court, wills and estate planning, and elder law.
Richard obtained his Juris Doctor from the Valparaiso University Law School in 1983. He was admitted to the New Jersey state bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey in 1983. Richard completed his undergraduate studies in 1980 at Franklin and Marshall College. Richard is a lifelong resident of Toms River and graduated from Toms River North in 1976.
Richard became a licensed, private pilot, instrument rated, in 1981, and has been a certified SCUBA diver since 1977.

Nicholas C. Apicelli is a Partner with the Law Offices of Apicelli, Costanzo & Russom, practicing primarily in the areas of family law, criminal law, and civil litigation. Nicholas obtained his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1987.
Christina M. Costanzo was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania state bars in 2011 and practices primarily in the areas of personal injury litigation, wills and estate planning, all aspects of estate administration, and elder law. Christina is a licensed attorney in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Ocean County Business Association where she serves as the Elder Law attorney.
Christina obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During her career at Temple, Christina served as both a Staff Member and Note/Comment Editor of the Temple Law Review, a student-edited, quarterly legal publication. Christina’s article, Have Orphan Works Found a Home in Class Action Settlements?, was published in the Winter 2011 edition of the Temple Law Review.
Christina completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, magna cum laude, and minors in Political Science and Spanish.

Kirk C. Russom was admitted to the New Jersey state bar in 2012 and practices primarily in the ares of municipal court, defending those facing traffic ticket and driving while intoxicated (DWI/DUI) offenses, residential real estate, and personal injury litigation.
Kirk obtained his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law—Camden. During his career at Rutgers Law, Kirk was a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. He completed his first year of law school at the University of Miami School of Law in which he also was a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society.
Kirk completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, having obtained a Bachelor of Science, with a double major in Social Science and Political Science and a concentration in Sociology.
Kirk is a self-ordained Reverend and has officiated several wedding ceremonies for both friends and family.
